Salary: ?26,000??35,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using patient, customer-focused communication, through non-voice support queues, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with general customer enquiries and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
