Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on resolve account access questions, using accurate information and calm handling, through chat and email queues, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with general customer enquiries and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.
Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
