Daily work focuses on update case notes after each interaction, using a polite and professional tone, through chat and email queues, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with general customer enquiries and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.
Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
