Salary: ?30,000??38,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.

Responsibilities: Answer routine enquiries, maintain clear notes, and escalate cases that need extra support. Daily work focuses on update case notes after each interaction, using a polite and professional tone, through non-voice support queues, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with general customer enquiries and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
