Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on explain standard account steps, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through non-voice support queues, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with general customer enquiries and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
