Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using a polite and professional tone, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to professional communication while assisting with general customer enquiries and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
