Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using accurate information and calm handling, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to professional communication while assisting with general customer enquiries and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
