Role: Handle international customer calls with a professional and helpful approach.
Responsibilities: Answer routine enquiries, maintain clear notes, and escalate cases that need extra support. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using approved process guidelines, through international customer care channels, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with general customer enquiries and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.
Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
