Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using accurate information and calm handling, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with general customer enquiries and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
