Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on resolve account access questions, using concise explanations and helpful follow-up, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with general customer enquiries and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
