Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and create engagement strategies tailored to each platform.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
2. Content Creation & Management
- Plan, create, and publish engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.).
- Manage a content calendar and ensure timely posting across all platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and content writers to create high-quality content.
3. Community Engagement & Brand Awareness
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms.
- Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
- Initiate and participate in relevant online discussions to enhance brand visibility.
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, followers, conversions, etc.).
- Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Use analytics tools like Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
5. Paid Social Media Advertising
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Optimize ad targeting, budget allocation, and creative elements for maximum ROI.
- A/B test ad creatives and analyze campaign performance.
6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors for promotions and collaborations.
- Coordinate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives.
