Salary: ?18,000??24,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.
Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Answer routine enquiries, maintain clear notes, and escalate cases that need extra support. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using respectful communication and attention to detail, through chat and email queues, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with request status checks and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.
Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.
Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
