Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using patient, customer-focused communication, through chat and email queues, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with request status checks and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.
Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.
Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
