Role: Handle international customer calls with a professional and helpful approach.
Responsibilities: Answer routine enquiries, maintain clear notes, and escalate cases that need extra support. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using approved process guidelines, through international customer care channels, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with request status checks and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.
Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.
