Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through international customer care channels, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with request status checks and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
