Role: Provide customer service for an international business process.

Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on explain standard account steps, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with request status checks and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
