Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on update case notes after each interaction, using a polite and professional tone, through chat and email queues, with attention to professional communication while assisting with request status checks and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.
Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.
Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
