Role: Represent the support team while assisting international customers.

Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through written support tickets, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
