Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through international customer care channels, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.
Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.
Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
