Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on update case notes after each interaction, using a polite and professional tone, through international customer care channels, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
