Salary: ?20,000??26,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through customer calls, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
