Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using a polite and professional tone, through chat and email queues, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
