Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using clear and simple English, through chat and email queues, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
