Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through email support, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.
Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
