Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using respectful communication and attention to detail, through customer calls, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.
Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
