Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using accurate information and calm handling, through customer calls, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
