Salary: ?20,000??26,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through email support, with attention to professional communication while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
