Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using clear ownership of assigned customer cases, through customer calls, with attention to professional communication while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
