Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to professional communication while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.
Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.
