Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Answer routine enquiries, maintain clear notes, and escalate cases that need extra support. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using patient, customer-focused communication, through email support, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.
Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.
Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
