Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using patient, customer-focused communication, through live chat, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
