Responsibilities: Answer routine enquiries, maintain clear notes, and escalate cases that need extra support. Daily work focuses on update case notes after each interaction, using a polite and professional tone, through customer calls, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.
Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
