Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on review customer requests and identify next actions, using respectful communication and attention to detail, through customer calls, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
