Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using accurate information and calm handling, through written support tickets, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
