Role: Handle non-voice customer support work through written channels.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on review customer requests and identify next actions, using accurate information and calm handling, through chat and email queues, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
