Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through chat and email queues, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
