Role: Represent the support team while assisting international customers.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on review customer requests and identify next actions, using active listening and careful reading, through international customer care channels, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
