Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Answer routine enquiries, maintain clear notes, and escalate cases that need extra support. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using active listening and careful reading, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.
Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
