Role: Handle non-voice customer support work through written channels.

Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using approved process guidelines, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
