Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using patient, customer-focused communication, through customer calls, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.
Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
