Salary: ?26,000??35,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Handle non-voice customer support work through written channels.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on resolve account access questions, using respectful communication and attention to detail, through written support tickets, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
