• What they do:
• Picking:
• Receive order forms or digital lists of items to be shipped. 
• Locate and retrieve the required items from shelves or storage areas. 
• Confirm order quantities and ensure accuracy. 
• Packing:
• Assemble orders for a customer. 
• Use packing materials like bubble wrap or packing peanuts to protect items during transit. 
• Seal packages and add labels with order information and shipping addresses. 
• Sometimes assist with loading trucks and ensuring deliveries are properly loaded.
