Salary: ?22,000??28,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.
Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Answer routine enquiries, maintain clear notes, and escalate cases that need extra support. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through customer calls, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.
Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.
Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
