Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using a polite and professional tone, through written support tickets, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
