Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Answer routine enquiries, maintain clear notes, and escalate cases that need extra support. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using concise explanations and helpful follow-up, through international customer care channels, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
