Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.
Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.
Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
