Salary: ?24,000??32,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using patient, customer-focused communication, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
