Role: Represent the support team while assisting international customers.

Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
