Daily work focuses on explain standard account steps, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through written support tickets, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
