Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Answer routine enquiries, maintain clear notes, and escalate cases that need extra support. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using accurate information and calm handling, through chat and email queues, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with handover of complex issues and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
